1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a return is made within 7 days of the date of the online pandit booking, which in this case is December 4, 2023.
- The online pandit service must not have been rendered.
- The request for a return is submitted via the email address associated with the booking to [email protected].
1.2 Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include the following details:
- Order Number
- Date of Booking (04/12/2013)
- Reason for Return
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
If your return request is approved, we will guide you on the next steps for the return process.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
- The return request meets the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.
- The online pandit service has not been rendered.
2.2 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
