Brihaspati Vrat Udyapan Puja is done For Lord Vishnu, On Thursdays, 16 Thursdays should be dedicated to Guruvar Vrat, and the 17th Thursday should be dedicated to Vrat Udyapan. By carrying out this vrat and udyapan, one can achieve happiness in life and satisfy their desires.

Male devotees may perform this Vrat puja every day for 16 weeks, with the mandatory Thursday udhyapan on the 17th.
This vrat should be followed by female devotees for 16 Thursdays, excluding periods. When they have successfully completed 16 Thursdays, on the 17th Thursday, they can perform udhyapan.
On Thursday, the individual observing this vrat ought to read the Brihaspativar Vrat Katha.
